The Boeing 737 (pronounced "seven-tres-seven") is a passenger jet aircraft narrow body short to medium range, manufactured by US company Boeing Commercial Airplanes. The 737 was developed as a derived version of the Boeing 707 and 727, lower cost, smaller size and twin.
